Green iced tea

4 to 6 glasses

1 l (4 cups) boiling water

187 ml (¾ cup) sugar

2 Five Roses Spellbound tea bags (Green Tea flavoured with Passion Fruit)

45 ml (3 T) honey

15 ml (1 T) lemon juice

750 ml (3 cups) ice cubes

A hand full of fruits of your choice, eg cherries, strawberries or raspberries

1. Mix water and sugar and keep stirring until sugar is dissolved.
2. Put tea bags in the boiling water with sugar and steep for six to eight minutes. Remove tea bags.
3. Add honey and lemon juice. Keep in fridge for four hours till it is cold through.
4. Add ice cubes and fruit to iced tea shortly before serving it in glasses.
