Directions
Circle (crochet 9) Alternate the three colours.
In 1st colour: Start with 8 ch, ss in 1st ch to form ring.
1st rnd: 3 ch, 19 tr in ring, ss top in beg-3 ch. C/off.
2nd rnd: With 2nd colour: 4 ch, (1 tr in next tr, 1 ch) 19 times, ss in 3rd of beg-4 ch. C/off.
3rd rnd: With 3rd colour: ss in sp, 3 ch, 2 tr-cl in same sp, 3 ch, (3 tr-cl in next sp, 3 ch) 19 times, ss top in 1st cl. C/off.
4th rnd: Crochet this rnd only around the 1st circle. For the 2nd and following circles you crochet the rnd onto the previous circle.
With white: 1 dc in any 3 ch-sp, 5 ch, (1 dc in next 3 ch-sp, 5 ch) 19 times, ss in 1st dc. C/off. Crochet onto 2nd circle: With white: (1 dc in 3 ch-sp, 2 ch, 1 ch in 5 ch-sp of 1st circle, 2 ch, 1 dc in next 3 ch-sp of 2nd circle) 3 times, complete circle like 4th rnd of circle 1. Attach 3rd circle: Skip seven of the 5 ch sp of 2nd circle and crochet 3rd circle onto the next three 5 ch-sp. Attach all the circles to each other in this way and remember to attach last circle to the 1st circle. Attach the second row circles to the 1st row circles. (See diagram.)

1st rnd: 3 ch, 2 tr-cl in ring, 2 ch, 1 ch in 5 ch-sp of 1st circle, 2 ch, 3 tr-cl in circle, 2 ch, 1 ch in 2nd sp of 1st circle, 2 ch, 3 tr-cl in circle, 2 ch, 1 ch in 5 ch-sp of next circle, 2 ch, 3 tr-cl in circle, continue till the motif is attached to all 8 sp.
Strip around bottom edge
With white: Start at 1st 5 ch-sp of any circle.
1st rnd: *(1 dc in 5 ch-sp, 5 ch) 6 times, 1 dc in last 5 ch-sp of circle, 5 ch, continue in 5 ch-sp of next circle. Complete all 9 circles, ss in 1st dc.
2nd rnd: ss in next 3 ch (to get to the middle of the 5 ch-sp), *(5 ch, 1 dc in next 5 ch-sp) 5 times, 5 ch, skip 5 ch, 1 dc in next 5 ch-sp *, rep from * all around, ss in last of 3 ss and in next 3 ch.
3rd rnd: Like rnd 2.
4th–7th rnd: * 5 ch, 1 dc in next 5 ch-sp *, rep from * all around to end, ending with ss in last of 3 ss.
8th rnd: ss in next 3 ch, * 2 ch, (3 tr-cl, 3 ch, 3 tr-cl) in next 5 ch-sp, 2 ch, 1 dc in next 5 ch-sp, *, rep from * around to end, ending with ss in last of 3 s.

To finish off
Sew away all loose threads. Divide and mark T-shirt as well as crochet work in 4 parts. Place the crochet work on the T-shirt on the marked parts and tack it on. Sew it on with the sewing machine.
