Make a delicious and cool pudding for a hot day

Condensed milk and yogurt pudding
4 portions
5 00 ml (2 c) yogurt, any flavour, e.g. strawberry
385 g (1 tin) condensed milk
1 bought Swiss roll
1 Mix yogurt and condensed milk in mixing bowl.
2 Cut Swiss roll into slices. Use round cookie cutters the size of your glasses/bowls and cut circles from Swiss roll slices. Put one layer at the bottom of glass/bowl.
3 Alternate layers of yogurt mixture and Swiss roll.
4 Keep going until ingredients have been used up.
5 Garnish with nuts and fruit, if preferred.
Tip
The dessert may be made up to three hours before needed and kept in the fridge.
